When we decided to go with Pinnacle, the paperwork was presented to us immediately, and the project started in the time frame they estimated. The crew led by the project manager Greg was truly the best. From setup (to protect the shrubs, deck, etc), to the roof removal and replacement, to the cleanup, no detail was too small for this crew. They arrived on time both days and worked quickly and efficiently. Greg kept us up-to-date on the progress and was always on site. A couple of days after completion, I received the warranty paperwork and the payment receipt. Paul, Quality Control, visited to answer any questions, and checked to make sure everything was perfect. This company is first rate, and fully committed to customer satisfaction. We are totally pleased with the result and highly recommend this company.
